Senior Full-Stack Engineer —

Scope3D turns existing Revit, BIM, and construction files into live, web-native 3D twins used by owners, builders, architects, contractors, and operators across North America. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across our React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend.

You will work directly with our CTO and Head of Product on the core twin viewer, the BIM ingestion pipeline, and the real-time collaboration layer. This is a high- ownership role on a small team — you will see your decisions ship to active construction sites within weeks of writing the code.

We value directness, craft, and curiosity. You do not need construction industry experience coming in, but you should be excited to learn how buildings are designed, built, and operated — it will make you a much better engineer here.

We are looking for an engineer who has shipped production web applications and cares deeply about performance, reliability, and clear code.

• 5+ years with React, TypeScript, and a modern Node.js backend
• Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and real-time data systems
• Comfort working across the full stack — from 3D viewer performance to database schema design

Day-to-day you will be shipping product, reviewing code, and talking to customers — often on the same afternoon.
