Every building is different.
Your pricing should be too.

Tell us the building and the job — we'll quote it, and it'll come in under what your architect, BIM shop, or consultant would charge you anyway.

CONTRACTOR

General Contractors

Turn the job into a twin your client pays you for.

You win basement and renovation jobs on price and speed, but the deliverable your client actually keeps is a stack of flat PDFs and a draftsman's invoice you fronted. With Scope3D you turn the same set, scan, or marked-up plan into a clean, web-native 3D twin and drawings you hand off as a finished artifact — put your own brand on it, resell it, and pocket what you used to pay the architect.

Common challenges
  • You pay an architect, draftsman, or BIM shop for every set of drawings, and it eats your margin on a one-off job
  • The client gets flat PDFs they can't really use, walk, or understand, so the value of the deliverable is invisible
  • No shared 3D model, so every change order means re-explaining the space by phone or marker on a printout
  • Scope and quantity takeoffs live in your head or a spreadsheet, with no way for the client to sanity-check the number
  • Consultant turnaround is slow, and you lose the job to whoever quotes a sellable deliverable faster
How Scope3D helps
  • Drop in a Revit / BIM / CAD / PDF / scan and Scope3D builds a web-native 3D twin your client walks in a browser — no Revit license
  • Pull scope and quantity takeoffs off the model, then price standard / mid / premium finish packages to show exactly what each option costs
  • Ask the AI Copilot for costs, quantities, and what's where instead of paying a consultant to re-mark the set every change
  • White-label the twin and drawings with your brand and resell them as a finished deliverable — undercutting the architect or draftsman fee
  • Hand off via a shareable presentation link with guest access — the client opens a polished 3D artifact, not a folder of PDFs

DESIGN STUDIOS

Architects & designers

Walk clients through the design, not a stack of PDFs.

You design in Revit and CAD, but clients sign off on flat renders and PDF sets they can't really read — so every change means another round of markups, callbacks, and billable hours. With Scope3D you turn the model you already have into a live, walkable 3D twin clients explore in their browser, so design review and sign-off happen inside the actual building — a wow-factor presentation layer on top of your existing files.

Common challenges
  • Clients approve from static renders and 2D PDFs they struggle to visualize, then ask for changes once it's built
  • Every design review means re-exporting drawings, marking up redlines, and burning billable hours chasing approvals
  • Stakeholders can't open your Revit files, so feedback arrives as fragmented emails and calls instead of one shared model
  • No single place where the client, the contractor, and your team see the same up-to-date design intent
  • Finish options and spec choices live in scattered docs — hard to present side by side and get a decision
How Scope3D helps
  • Import your Revit / BIM / CAD / PDF into a web-native 3D twin — clients walk it in a browser with no Revit license
  • Run live design reviews and sign-offs inside the model: navigate room-by-room, present finish packages, capture approvals in context
  • Add collaboration and guest viewer seats so clients and consultants comment on one shared twin instead of marked-up PDFs
  • Present finish and spec options as standard / mid / premium packages and let clients choose without another markup round
  • White-label the twin with your studio's brand and send a shareable presentation link — the wow-factor close without flying everyone in

HOSPITALITY

Hoteliers & Operators

Map each property once. Apply every PIP forever.

Every renovation cycle, brand-mandated PIP, and reflag means another round of consultants walking your floors, re-measuring rooms, and rebuilding scope from scratch — across a portfolio where no two properties were ever surveyed the same way. With Scope3D you turn each hotel's files into one AI-readable 3D twin your whole team opens in a browser. Map the building once, then run every future PIP, brand refresh, and CapEx plan against the same model.

Common challenges
  • You pay a consultant or BIM shop to re-survey the same rooms every PIP cycle — buying the same knowledge over and over
  • Each property lives in flat PDFs, dated CAD, and field photos with no single navigable model
  • Brand standards and PIPs get applied by hand, hotel by hotel, with no consistent source of truth across the portfolio
  • Quantities, finishes, and costs are rebuilt from scratch per property, so portfolio budgeting is slow and never apples-to-apples
  • Ownership, brand reps, GMs, and contractors work off different versions of the building; walkthroughs are the only way to align
How Scope3D helps
  • Import each hotel's files once into a web-native, AI-readable 3D twin your team navigates in a browser — no Revit license, no re-survey
  • Map a property once, then auto-apply every future PIP and brand standard against the existing twin instead of re-measuring each cycle
  • Pull scope and quantity takeoffs from the model and run finish packages to price a PIP in hours, not weeks of consultant time
  • Roll every property into one portfolio dashboard with CapEx and lifecycle forecasting to plan reflags across the whole flag at once
  • Share viewer seats and links with ownership, brand reps, GMs, and contractors — cheaper and faster than the PIP consultant each round

PRODUCTION & CUSTOM BUILDERS

Home Builders

One twin that sells the home and builds it.

You sell from renderings and brochures, then build from a separate set of drawings — and the two rarely line up. Across every model and community you're juggling sales collateral, option lists, and trade packages that all describe the same houses in different files. With Scope3D you turn your Revit and CAD plans into one web-native 3D twin that doubles as a buyer-facing configurator out front and a trade coordination model out back.

Common challenges
  • Buyers pick finishes and options from flat PDFs and renderings, can't really see what they're buying, and change orders pile up later
  • Every model and elevation lives in its own pile of files; sales and field share no navigable view of the plan
  • You repackage the same plans into sales sheets, option matrices, and trade scopes by hand for each community, over and over
  • Subs and trades re-read drawings on every job, leading to RFIs, misses, and rework at volume
  • Sales collateral and upgrade pricing drift out of sync with what the build team actually installs
How Scope3D helps
  • Import your Revit / BIM / CAD plans once and stand up a web-native 3D twin of each model — buyers walk it in a browser, no app
  • Run presentation / configurator mode so buyers pick finish packages and options live, white-labeled under your brand
  • Generate scope, quantity takeoffs, and option pricing from the model so sales pricing and field scopes come from the same numbers
  • Coordinate trades on the same twin — issue and task tracking, milestones, and shareable links give every sub a navigable model
  • Reuse one twin across models and communities with a portfolio dashboard — far cheaper than a BIM shop rebuilding packages per plan

RESIDENTIAL

Homeowners

Your home as a living 3D twin you actually own.

Your home is your biggest asset, but everything you know about it lives in a drawer of flat PDFs, a folder of contractor quotes, and your memory. When you want to renovate, refinance, or just remember which wall is load-bearing, you start from scratch and pay a pro to re-measure what already exists. With Scope3D you keep one always-on 3D twin of your home, in your browser, that you can measure, plan against, and ask anything — for less than an hour with an architect.

Common challenges
  • Your plans are flat PDFs or paper blueprints you can't measure, search, or actually plan a change against
  • Every renovation starts by re-discovering and re-measuring the house you already live in
  • No single shared model — your contractor, designer, and partner all look at different versions of the truth
  • You pay an architect or consultant again each time just to get drawings and quantities you already paid for once
  • No running record of finishes, appliances, or specs — when something breaks or you sell, the details are gone
How Scope3D helps
  • Turn your Revit / BIM / PDF or a phone scan into a web-native 3D twin you walk room-by-room — no architect or Revit license to view it
  • Ask the AI Copilot anything — square footage, ceiling heights, what's behind a wall, how much paint or flooring a room needs
  • Pull your own measurements and takeoffs from the model, and compare finish packages before you call a single contractor
  • Keep a permanent system of record — tag appliances, finishes, and specs so details are there for the next repair, reno, or sale
  • Share a private link so contractor, designer, and family plan against the same model, and forecast reno costs years out

PORTFOLIO

Portfolios & enterprise

One 3D source of truth across every building.

You run a portfolio — a REIT, asset manager, operator, hotel chain, or campus — where every building lives in its own pile of drawings, scans, and consultant reports. That fragmentation makes it slow to compare assets, plan CapEx, or get a straight answer about what's in any one site. With Scope3D every building becomes a web-native, AI-readable 3D twin in one system of record, so your whole organization plans and operates from the same model.

Common challenges
  • Each building is documented differently — Revit here, PDFs there, scans elsewhere — with no comparable source of truth
  • CapEx planning means re-engaging consultants asset by asset, paying again for quantities, costs, and refreshed scope
  • Comparing assets is manual and apples-to-oranges, so prioritizing spend across sites takes weeks and a stack of spreadsheets
  • Knowledge lives with individuals and outside vendors — when people leave, you re-discover your own buildings from scratch
  • Brand standards and PIP rollouts get re-scoped building by building, with no governed, repeatable way to apply them at scale
How Scope3D helps
  • Import every building's files into one portfolio of web-native 3D twins — view, navigate, and inspect any asset in a browser
  • Run takeoffs, pricing scenarios, and CapEx and lifecycle forecasting from each model — faster and cheaper than re-hiring the BIM shop per site
  • Compare assets side by side from one portfolio dashboard, and ask the AI Copilot across buildings to prioritize spend
  • Map a building or brand standard once, then auto-apply future PIPs and finish packages across the portfolio
  • Govern at scale — viewer seats, external-guest links, SSO, white-label, and Procore / Autodesk integrations at portfolio volume economics

FAQ

Pricing questions

Scope3D pricing is based on your building type, building size, BIM or drawing quality, number of stakeholders, and the operating layer you need. There is no flat monthly fee — each quote is scoped to your building and priced under what you'd otherwise pay an architect, BIM shop, or consultant.

No. Scope3D has a drawing intake that converts PDF plans, CAD exports, and architectural drawings into a structured digital twin. BIM files (BIM, Revit) produce faster and more detailed results, but they are not required to get started.

One-time, subscription, or both — it depends on the job. Buy a twin once as a deliverable, keep it live as a subscription, or combine the two. We don't post prices because a basement drawing for a GC and a 300-property hotel program aren't the same product — every quote is built around your building, what you'll do with it, and priced under what you'd otherwise pay an architect, BIM shop, or consultant. Tell us the building and the job, and you'll have a number within a day.

Scope3D works across custom homes, multifamily and commercial buildings, retail, healthcare, civic, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Whether your initiative is a renovation, a new build, scoping and takeoffs, design review, CapEx and lifecycle forecasting, asset management, or facility ops, Scope3D builds and runs the twin you work on.
