Everything you need to know about Scope3D

Get quick answers about our BIM digital twin platform — from how it works to data, pricing, and support.

Scope3D turns your existing Revit, BIM, and construction files — along with drawings, PDFs, scans, or prior renovation data — into a fast, web-native, AI-readable 3D twin. Owners, contractors, architects, and operators design, scope, price, renovate, forecast CapEx, and run the building from one persistent source of truth.

Scope3D supports Revit(.rvt), BIM, and common CAD export formats including DWG and DXF. If you're working in Revit, our native exporter produces the richest twin with full element metadata and system relationships intact.

Most projects are live within one business day of upload. Our automated pipeline processes your BIM model, extracts element data, and builds the navigable twin — no manual configuration required. Complex models with thousands of linked files may take a few hours longer.

Access is fully role-based. You choose who sees what: project owners, contractors, consultants, and clients can each have tailored permission levels — from full edit access to read-only views of specific floors or disciplines.

Yes. Scope3D connects with tools like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and common issue-tracking platforms. Changes flagged in Scope3D can automatically push updates to linked project management workflows.

BIM is built for design and construction. Scope3D turns building data into a fast, web-native, AI-readable operating layer that stays useful long after the project ends — rooms, assets, scopes, costs, documents, and every future decision tied to the actual building.
