You are visiting the website https://scope3d.com owned by BuiltOS Inc. with offices in San Francisco, California and Toronto, Ontario, operating the Scope3D platform as a BuiltOS product, hereinafter
referred to as the OWNER of this website.
Owner: BuiltOS Inc. – San Francisco, California and Toronto, Ontario – hello@scope3d.com
Publication manager: the Scope3D team
Website creation & design: the Scope3D team
Web host: Netlify, Inc. – San Francisco, CA, USA
The purpose of the Scope3D website is to provide information about the Scope3D platform and everything it does. Scope3D aims to keep the information on this site as accurate as possible. However, Scope3D cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failure to update information, whether caused by Scope3D or by third-party partners conferring said information.
All details regarding the website are provided for information purposes only, and are subject to modifications. Furthermore, the website’s content is not exhaustive.
Personal data is protected by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and by equivalent laws in the country where you use Scope3D.
When using the Scope3D site, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links via which the user has accessed the site, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet protocol (IP) address.
No personal data of the site user is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. The same holds for building models you upload: the twin and its records stay yours. Only the assumption of the purchase of Scope3D and its rights would allow the transmission of the said information to the eventual purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligations toward the user of the site.
This site sets only the cookies it needs to work, plus privacy-friendly analytics. You can refuse or clear non-essential cookies at any time from your browser without losing access to the site.
Analytics tell us which pages are read and how the site performs. They are never used to identify you personally, are not sold, and are not combined with anything you upload to the Scope3D platform.
The Scope3D platform itself is separate from this website. Building models you upload, the materials, asset records, scopes and capital plans attached to them, and the exports you generate are held for you as the owner of that twin, not used to train third-party services or resold. You can export your model to IFC at any time, including after you stop paying, and you can ask us to delete it for good. Requests go to hello@scope3d.com.
Bring the files you already have. We will show you the twin you keep for the life of the building.
