Fourteen days from your first charge on a new plan, refunded in full, no explanation needed. You can cancel at any time from Billing inside your workspace, and your twin stays yours either way.
This page explains how, when and under what conditions you can cancel Scope3D and get your money back. It applies to every way you can pay us directly:
Cancel from Billing inside your workspace at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut your access short on the day you cancel, and we do not bill you again afterwards.
Within fourteen days of the first charge on a new plan we refund that charge in full on request. After that window a monthly subscription is not refunded part-way through a period, because you keep the use of it until the period ends.
The build fee pays for building the twin: real work by people and machines on your drawings. It is charged once per building, never once per product — if one product mapped it, the other does not charge to map it again.
Before we start the build, it is fully refundable. Ask and we return it, no questions. Once the finished twin has been delivered to you the build fee is not refundable, because the work is done and the model is yours to keep for the life of the building — including if you later cancel the subscription entirely.
If a build we delivered does not match the drawings you gave us, that is not a refund question, it is ours to fix: tell us and we correct it at no charge.
Discounted terms are a commitment for the term, so the fourteen-day window is the point at which to change your mind — within it, we refund the whole term in full.
After that we do not refund the remainder of a term you have committed to. You keep access for everything you have paid for, and you can stop it renewing at any time from Billing inside your workspace.
AI copilot usage and file conversions such as Revit are billed on what you actually use, itemised line by line. Usage already spent is not refundable, for the same reason a delivered build is not — it has been consumed. Nothing is bundled in ahead of time, so you are never refunding something you did not ask for.
The two largest size bands are scoped and quoted with you rather than priced off the card, and some customers are invoiced rather than paying by card. Those are governed by the agreement you signed, not by this page. Where that agreement is silent, we apply the same fourteen-day rule.
Email hello@scope3d.com from the address on the account, or cancel from Billing inside your workspace and reply to the confirmation. We approve or come back to you on every request within two business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
A refund and a data deletion are two separate requests.
Your twin stays yours. Cancelling does not delete your building models. Your workspace moves to read-only and you can still export everything in it — the model, the materials, the asset records, the work history, the scopes and the capital plans — at any time. That is what paying once for a building you keep is supposed to mean.
Deleting your data is a separate, explicit request. If you want your models, your records and your account removed for good, email hello@scope3d.com and we delete them within 30 days. Deletion is permanent, so export your twin before you ask for it.
Every customer who pays us directly, on any plan. Enterprise agreements signed with us are governed by that contract rather than this page; if yours is silent on refunds, this page is what we apply.
If we change this policy we change the date at the top. A change never applies backwards to a charge you have already made.
Bring the files you already have. We will show you the twin you keep for the life of the building.
