("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), which maintains offices in San Francisco, California and in Toronto, Ontario. Scope3D is a BuiltOS product.
Scope3D provides an owner-held building digital twin platform that turns your IFC, Revit or PDF drawing set into a live 3D model you own, edit, price and operate. Our Services include:

Try Scope3D risk-free. Not satisfied? Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — quick, simple, no forms. If Scope3D isn’t right for you, cancel in the app and we refund that first charge in full, no explanations needed.

Bills: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
