1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scope3D's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services. Scope3D is operated by BuiltOS Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), which maintains offices in San Francisco, California and in Toronto, Ontario. Scope3D is a BuiltOS product.

2. Description of Services

Scope3D provides an owner-held building digital twin platform that turns your IFC, Revit or PDF drawing set into a live 3D model you own, edit, price and operate. Our Services include:

• Model intake from IFC, Revit and PDF sets
• Geometry editing with version history
• AI scoping, cost estimating and RFQ export
• Capital planning and asset records
• Project and team collaboration tools

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices

5. Refund policy

Try Scope3D risk-free. Not satisfied? Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — quick, simple, no forms. If Scope3D isn’t right for you, cancel in the app and we refund that first charge in full, no explanations needed.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Pricing: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Bills: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
