Furniture arrives, and then it does not fit

Somebody measured, somebody else specified, and the gap between them shows up on a loading dock. The cost is not the item, it is the delay and the restocking.

Placing the item in the room first turns that into a question you answer before a purchase order exists.

What placement checks

  • Live room status:
Stripped, in progress, blocked or signed off — room by room, live.

  • Trades on the job:
Who is in the room today, and who is still waiting.

  • Budget vs forecast:
Committed against forecast, per room and per area.

The problem

A plan view flattens the problem. Clearances, swings and headroom are three-dimensional questions that a 2D drawing answers badly.

You see the room with the thing in it, at the size it will actually be, from standing height.

Built for Owners, designers and FF&E buyers

The room keeps the record

What you place stays on the twin, so the room carries its own inventory rather than a spreadsheet trying to describe it.

That inventory is the starting point for the asset register later, once the equipment is installed and has a warranty attached.

  • One live model:
Every trade works the same twin, in any browser, with no install.

  • Ask in the model:
The copilot flies to the room you asked about.

  • Nothing gets lost:
Notes and tickets stay pinned to the element itself.
