Scope3D Trace: turn a drawing set into a Revit model on your own machine

Give it the whole set, floor by floor

Drop a folder, a handful of sheets or a multi-page PDF and Trace takes the lot. The guided build lists every floor it found, then works through them in order and tells you what it did on each one before it moves on, so a scale error surfaces on the floor that caused it rather than at the end of the set.

The setup wizard checks itself rather than trusting you to have configured it correctly. It reports what is missing in plain language instead of failing at the first parse.

The problem

Drawing sets are the most common building record and the least useful. They are pictures of a building, so every measurement is a ruler on a screen and every quantity is a guess someone has to defend.

Then export it and carry it into the studio

What comes out is a real model, not a render: your own Revit document, carrying storeys, rooms and openings. Ask Trace for an IFC export and that file opens in the studio like any other twin, ready to be measured, priced and scoped.

Nothing is published on your behalf. The .rvt and its checkpoints stay on your disk, and the handoff to the studio is a step you take deliberately, with the export you chose. What does travel while Trace works is the conversation — your instruction and a description of what is on the sheet — which goes to the language model provider you configure.
