Speed is an access question

A model that takes ten minutes and a licence to open is a model that gets opened by one person, occasionally. Everyone else works from a screenshot of it.

When it opens in seconds from a link, the people who need the building can actually look at it. That changes who is in the conversation.

What comes up with it

  • Live room status:
Stripped, in progress, blocked or signed off — room by room, live.

  • Trades on the job:
Who is in the room today, and who is still waiting.

  • Budget vs forecast:
Committed against forecast, per room and per area.

The problem

The most accurate record of a building is usually the least accessible one. That is backwards.

Send a link. They need a browser, not a workstation.

Built for Owners, operators and trades

And it remembers where you were

The model is read in the browser itself and drawn with WebGL, so there is no desktop application in the loop and no export step.

Tab away and come back and it picks up where you left off, rather than dropping you at the front door of the building again.

  • One live model:
Every trade works the same twin, in any browser, with no install.

  • Ask in the model:
The copilot flies to the room you asked about.

  • Nothing gets lost:
Notes and tickets stay pinned to the element itself.
