Apply a real finish to a real surface and price it at the same time

“The twin knows the area of every surface, so the quantity moves with the choice.”

Puts specified finishes on the building itself.

A mood board cannot be measured

Finishes are normally agreed against samples and then priced from a separate take-off, which is where the two numbers start to drift. The spec says one thing and the estimate assumes another.

Applying the finish to the model collapses that gap. The surface you specified is the surface that gets counted.

What a finish carries

  • Live room status:
Stripped, in progress, blocked or signed off — room by room, live.

  • Trades on the job:
Who is in the room today, and who is still waiting.

  • Budget vs forecast:
Committed against forecast, per room and per area.

The problem

By the time a discrepancy between the spec and the quantity is found, materials are usually ordered.

The area behind the finish feeds the estimate directly, so the brick count is a measurement rather than an argument.

Built for Designers, owners and estimators

It travels with the model

Finishes go on per surface and per room, so one room can differ from the next without duplicating the model.

They persist on the twin and can be baked into an export, so the specification reaches whoever builds it.

  • One live model:
Every trade works the same twin, in any browser, with no install.

  • Ask in the model:
The copilot flies to the room you asked about.

  • Nothing gets lost:
Notes and tickets stay pinned to the element itself.
