What runs on the twinLane layout, stacking measurement, clearance checks
Operations and development leads deciding which sites justify a lane rebuild. This is a twin we built and keep, not an account we hold. The measure tool works on the geometry itself, including placed equipment. A change is staged on the twin and previewed before it is committed, and every save is a point you can return to.
Moving an order point means saw-cutting, drainage and a lane closed for a week. The case for doing it rests on how many more cars the lane holds afterwards, and that number was being estimated from a site plan and a walk around the building.
An estimate is enough to start an argument and not enough to sign off a capital request.
Stacking counted between the order point, pay and pickup, then re-counted after the board moves. The site twin from above with the drive-thru lane traced along the building. The order point, the pay window and the pickup window are measured out along the lane, and the stacking room between them is counted in car lengths. A second pre-browse board is placed and the queue re-measured, so the gain is a number before it is a purchase.

The lane timer, the headset base and the menu boards are assets with a service record. When the pre-browse board is added, it lands on the register the day it is installed rather than a year later.

The canopy height and the lane width are on the model, so a delivery truck path can be checked.
