A Thai restaurant group that keeps refitting rooms it is still trading out of. With Scope3D each location keeps a measured 3D twin the group owns, so a seating change or a service-line move is planned against real geometry — and priced against it — before a trade is booked.
Each refit started with a site visit, a tape measure and a folder of photos. Fit-out quotes came back varying by tens of thousands because every trade measured the room differently, and nobody could tell which number was right until demolition started.
We plan the whole refit before anyone is on site. The trades bid against the same model, so the quotes finally agree with each other.

The twin carries the seating layout, the service line and every fixture with its clearances. A refit is scoped in the browser against real geometry — how many covers the new layout holds, whether the pass still works, what has to move — and the answer is the same one the trades see.
Because each location keeps its own twin, a layout that worked in one restaurant is tested against another before it is committed. The rollout stops being twelve separate projects and starts being one, repeated.
