Scope3D is building the twin an owner keeps for life, closing the gap between a building's drawings and the decisions made against them. We turn IFC, Revit and PDF drawing sets into one named, queryable model of the real building. Our platform pairs true geometry with plain-language workflows, making scoping, pricing and capital planning simple, shared, and durable.

The role

Scope3D and Clickpad are two applications over one property operating system, and you would own what sits underneath: data model, auth, tenancy, the job pipeline that builds twins, and the edges where they meet.

A building's record has to outlive every version of the software that touched it. That makes schema decisions and identity decisions consequential in a way most product work is not.

You will work across TypeScript, Postgres and a background worker fleet, and be the person who says when a shortcut is going to cost more than it saves.

What you'll do

• Own the data model and the tenancy and identity rules on top of it
• Build and run the pipeline that turns a file into a twin, asynchronously and reliably
• Keep two products coherent over one shared property record
• Make the calls on schema and migrations that are expensive to reverse
