We turn IFC, Revit and PDF drawing sets into one named, queryable model of the real building. Our platform pairs true geometry with plain-language workflows, making scoping, pricing and capital planning simple, shared, and durable.

The role

Scope3D is hiring geometry engineers, IFC specialists and designers who want to work on 3D — a small, specific talent pool where the usual sourcing playbook does not reach.

You would own hiring end to end: finding those people, making the case for a category most candidates have not heard of, and running a process that respects their time.

The bar matters more than the volume. A wrong hire on a team this size is felt immediately, so this is a role for someone who would rather close two of the right people than ten of the available ones.

What you'll do

• Own technical hiring end to end, from sourcing to offer
• Find engineers in a narrow pool that standard sourcing misses
• Make the case for a category candidates have to be taught before they want it
• Build a process that is fast and that candidates speak well of afterwards
